The problem is, though, that she has two young daughters.

The former actress is lashing out at ex-husband Charlie Sheen for trying to prevent their daughters from appearing on her upcoming reality show.

“This is the first time I’ve publicly commented on one of his attacks, but I need to take a stand at some point,” Denise tells In Touch exclusively. “He’s such an angry person. This court battle wasn’t about our girls on the show, it was him battling me. He wasn’t trying to protect the kids at all.”

Is she blind?????

Naw, she’s just stupid! Like, really really stupid.

Richards expects us to eat the shit she’s trying to feed us!

Denise says Charlie refused to sign a waiver so he could use it as leverage to change their custody agreement. “But I wouldn’t compromise the protection I already had in place,” she says.

Sheen filed court papers to stop his daughter’s involvement in the show — but the judge denied his request.

“Charlie was set for victory and had even prepared a statement,” Denise says. “But he lost. So now he wants my show to fail.”

Yeah, boycott that shiz!

Denise is relieved the show will go on. “I’m looking forward to people meeting the real me,” she says. “I just want to start over.”

Why don’t you just go away instead????

Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer, his publicist confirmed on Wednesday.

The average life expectancy of someone diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas is six to nine months, with only 4 percent of patients living more than five years.

And, according to the National Enquirer, who broke the sad news first, Patrick’s cancer has already spread to other parts of his body – making his chances of survival even more slim.

Swayze’s rep said he may only have weeks to live.

Let us all sends our prayers, positive energy and thoughts to him. That he is not in pain. And that his family does not suffer too much either.

So incredibly, heartbreakingly sad.
